Fresh Fit Meals at Heritage Park
Heritage Park Development in Clive leased approximately 3,000 square feet to Fresh Fit Meals, a Texas based prepared food restaurant. This was their first restaurant location in Iowa and was a design-build project as the ownership was working through their corporate design standards as construction was occurring. Elevate completed the Urbandale location and moved on to the West Des Moines location shortly after.
